XP Add printer problem

Hi

On w2k domain using both w2k and XP systems
All PCs have same image(either w2k or XP)
Some users are able to add local printer and some can't.
The users that cannot add have the option greyed out.

I assumed this must have something to do with how the
network/sytem admin has setup the user accounts.
They say all accounts are the same.

Anyone have an opinion.

I sjould have given more detail originally.
You lost your 20 bills.
All profiles are local and are set to poweruser group.
