XP Account types

Is there an account called setup that has admin rights
installed by default on XP?

If so what is the usage of this account and the technical
reasons for it? I need to find out fast because some non
tech security folks are getting really fired up over this
account existing on their machines.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I have not seen an account called setup on my XP
machines. To me it sounds like an accout that got added
at the welcome screen after XP is first istalled. The
account that is created at this first screen is by default
given admin rights and has no password. I would suggest
disabling this account for a while to make sure it is not
being used by another process. If it is not being used
then delete it. Test it on one machine first to make sure
my assumptions were correct.
