XP - 98SE

I had network connection between XP and 98SE systems, but
after installing COMCAST BROADBAND MODEM, the 98 system
sees the XP but the XP doesn't see the 98. The wizzard
and manual attempts to connect the XP to the network
doesn't do it. Comcast is in last port of hub. Also the
98 system connects to the net through the XP unit with no
problem. (1 IP address, XP as server, 98 as client)

Suggestions?
 
try doing a system restore to before you installed the
comcast software. you don't need it after your modem is
activated, and their software is CRAPPY.

Also- you should go get a router. In fact, running a
router instead of a hub might solve all your problems
