I have a reset password CD and to use it I need to get into the bios before
the OS starts up to reset the administrators’ password. How can I get into
the bios to change the administrators password? I do not know the password
for the administrator and wish to set it to blank.

Are you saying that you can't enter the BIOS because there is a password
set and you don't know it? How you get rid of the BIOS password depends
on what kind/make of computer you have. Here is a general link:

I have a dell desktop I cannot get into the bios or cmos because it asks for
a administrator password. I want to change the password and make the c drive
to a slave drive and have the cd rom as the primary boot drive. If I can make
the cd rom as the first boot device I can use the reset cd I have to reset
the password.

Hmm... Since the BIOS password has to be set by someone, why don't you
remember it? Well, whatever... Go to the links you got from me and
Bruce and see how to set your BIOS password back to default (none).
Once you've done that, you'll be able to enter the BIOS and change the
boot order.

If you can't figure this out, take the machine to a local professional
and have them do it for you.
