xp/2000 server network

running xp workstations connecting to win2000 server. workstations cannot
access the internet but the server can (dsl hookup). can see the server
through network neighborhood but cannot seem to get a connection. not sure
what other info you may need but any help is much appreciated.. thanks!
(btw, it use to work but had to re-load 2000 on the server due to a virus,
but the workstations were ok).

Which XP are you using? Home edition cant join domains but can join single
workgroups.

Also, any firewalls involved here?

A little more info might help in resolving this.
