XOOTHISSBRB toolbar on IE6

Ok I've been trying to get rid of this stupid tool bar on
IE 6 for awhile now and it will NOT go away! It's listed
under the View/Toolbars as xoothissbrb and will not let
itself be disabled or removed! Any help would be greatly
appreciated!!!
