Its more likely to be a firewall issue or the IP address
is blocked by some hosts file protection you have, They
have a background that caused alot of concern with false
positives to get people to purchase the product when the
system was already clean, ripping off spybot/adaware's
name through search engines to trick people into going to
thier site thinking it was SpybotS&D or Lavasofts and
hiding thier true details by registering through domains
by proxy which is typical of rogue removers but I believe
they have now cleaned up thier act and are doing alot
better. For error messages you should contact them and
see if they can help you
