Just wondering if anyone can explain to me what action I
need to take after reading the paragraph below please. I
will be honest and say I haven't a clue what it all
means. I designed my site using FP 2002 and cannot find
any help in the help section and no sign of a
configuration editor. I am concerned that this could be
causing viewing or accessibility problems to site visitors
and would like to correct it.

The "xmlns" attribute was found but its category is not
active. Because the attribute's category is not active,
an error occurs when the attribute is used. You can
control which categories are active using the
CONFIGURATION EDITOR. Thank you one and all.

Where and when are you seeing this??

Hi again Steve.

Stumbled across www.htmlvalidator.com whilst I was
desperately trying to find out why my site keeps
disappearing from Google listing completely, then after
5/6 days it returns again to No 1 position on my main
keyword. Anyway, I entered my site address and the result
from the validation was frightening. Lots of error
messages in my HTML apparently so decided to tackle them
from the beginning..........easier said then done as I
don't know HTML. I feel like scrapping the site - which
is a shame as I put a lot of work into it and hate to
think there are errors in it, although not sure how these
errors manifest themselves as I cannot see any visible
problems. Thanks for listening.

Jan,

Keep in mind that folks visit you site with browsers, not validators, so it
is more important to check you site in various browsers vs. validators,
which can be written to validate anything the author want to validate + / -
