Xml/Xslt Transformations to PPC/SmartPhone

If you have a PPC or smartphone you can see the problem at www.voq.com, a
site we did. The problem is with characters like © and such. Content is
Xml-based, transformed with Xslt(both UTF-8) into a StringBuilder object,
then outputted. Problem is that any character, even spaces( ) come out
weird. The aforementioned © comes out like Å©. Not sure if the Å is the
EXACT chatacter, but you get the idea. Any thoughts on this?
 
Not sure what that means. StringBuilder, as far as I know, is already
UTF-16, and that cannot be changed.

The PPC default to Western Alphaet, which is another problem, if the PPC is
changed to UTF-8 then it's fine. But I was told we should get it working on
Western Alphabet. Part of me thinks that is a lost cause.
