XML Error

I can't find any documentation on the error being returned to me by my
serialization efforts. The message I am getting is "there is an error in
XML document (1, 266)"

What do these errors mean with the numbers in parentheses?

It is the line and column position of the error in the document. The
innerexception of the thrown exception may contain more useful information
about the error.
