XML encryption/decryption

I'd be thankful if someone can provide me a link that simply explains
encryption and decryption of an XML file in Smartphone with C#.

The .net framework 2.0 provides classes to perform xml encryption and
decryption

If u want to treat xml as a standard file and use encryption on it then the
OpenNETCF Smart Device Framework porvides class to perform encryption on the
compact framework.
