Am I missing something, or is there no <new line> markup within the
<remark>, <code> or <summary> tags? This is VS2002, just in case.

It's not just you. I'm asked the same question about a day ago. It seems
newlines are not supported.

Depending on your processing and what you are doing, you should consider the
<para> tag to wrap paragraphs and its possible plain ole generic <br /> or
just a return will suffice when you are using ndoc to generate help files.
Remember, since this is xml, and fairly loose xml at that, there aren't many
restrictions on the tags you use, except that they must be well formed xml.
The compiler does recognize a few to do type name checking and the like, but
thats it.

Comments that show up in the IDE are a bit limited, if for no reason other
than space.
