Hello, I just wonder if there is a way to convert an Excel table to JPG file
(or other image formats).

Thanks.

If PrintScreen (or Alt & PrintScreen) isn't what you're looking for,
there's a camera icon under view / toolbars / customise ... choose the
commands tab, choose tools, scroll down right hand side until you find the
camera - drag it to your toolbar.

you can take a "picture" of a range (select range, click on camera icon,
then click on another part of the workbook - the picture will be pasted, but
you can right mouse click and cut that & and then paste the picture into
Paint or another drawing program.)

Cheers

Dick,

You can copy a range of cells, paste into Paint (Start -
Programs -Accessories), then save as jpg, gif, etc. Include any cells over
which there are graphic items (graphs, boxes, etc.) For more control, you
need a graphics program. I've had success with Micrographx "Graphics
Suite." It was fairly inexpensive, and has several programs. And there's
Corel Draw, Photo Shop, etc., for higher functionality.
