xirr function

The Office 2003 Student/Teacher upgrade does not appear
to have an xirr function. Is this seperate function
available as a download or do I have to purchase a
version that has the function built-in? If so, which
version? Thanks.

Use the Office CD setup to install the Analysis ToolPak add-in. In Excel
choose Tools | Add-Ins to load Analysis ToolPak. XIRR will be available.
