Xerox WorkCentre 3851

I am unable to print from any applications (e.g. Word,
Adobe, Etc.) but I can print from WordPad and Notepad.
Any help would greatly be appreciated,

What happens in Word, when you have a document open and select File, Print,
choose the WorkCenter printer and then click on OK?
