Xerox folder

There is a Xerox folder in my program files folder that
can not be deleted. Is this a virus? I am using XP home
and it is up to date.
 
Not to worry about it. Not a virus, installed by Windows.

No it is not a virus. It is a folder that cannot be deleted. Thank you
