There is a folder that contains too many files.
During the copy operation, sometimes It can't have
a succesful end issuing Insufficent memory.

This is my problem. Thanks anyone who help me for

Thanks for your knowledge

I will try this implementation during next week.
Because that problem occurs sometimes, not everytime.
After I can say any feedback to you.

Regards.

Yes, I have a background ("real-time") anti-virus
scanner. If this reason raise the "Insufficent memory"
error, what is your suggestions ...? I want my files
without any virus in it, every time (also during copy
operation). What can I do ?

Thanks, for your interest.

Well turn it off and see if that really is the problem. If it is, what
you can do will depend on the A-V application. How the real-time
engine works (program or service) and how it can be controlled from
within the batch file. ...

If that does HAPPEN to be the problem, then try F-Prot
(it's is so inexpensive that it is practically free and works
well) and I never see such problems using Command line with F-Prot
running.

Just another vote for F-PROT. Used for years... Least intrusive,
lowest impact I've seen (of quite a few A-V products).

Thanks , I am happy about your knowledge.
I can use xcopy command without any error now !

Regards.
