Xcell to Access tranfer

import data from xcell, user to input path

I wish to import data from xcell into and existing table in access, the user
would click on a switch board button then an open "which file" box should
then appear, the user would then select the path to find the file to be
imported.
 
simple,

make sure the fieldnames of Excel-sheet and in the table are the same.
Fieldnames must be in 1st row of your Excel-sheet.
Use Get External Data and follow instructions to import the sheet directly
into the table.
