Help!! I have tried to eliminate the xads pop-up but it
will not go away. I have spybot and ad-aware both on my
desktop but the xad is still popping up. How can I stop
this. The only way to remove it from my screen is to use
the taskmanager. Can anyone help??

I don't believe the ads are on your machine.
Choose a selective startup in the Configuration Utility (MSCONFIG).
