x400 external email

Some of our users that don't have a SMTP address have figured out that they
can use their x400 address to send and receive external email.
Is there a way to block that?
We're on Exchange 5.5

Best to post in microsoft.public.exchange.admin....this isn't an Outlook
issue, really. Mention what connectors your server is using. If you're just
using the IMS, this shouldn't be possible, AFAIK. See
