x1800XL query

Am considering getting one of these when I put together an new system a
couple of weeks away. Up till now, I was going to go with a 7800GT, but the
X1800XL seems a better performer all round for basically the same price
($465 Cdn best deal I can find here). Will couple it with an A64 4000+ and
an A8N-E. Does anyone have one of these cards? Any brand recommendations?
Decent overclocker on stock fan?
 
I have this card on an Asus A8N32-SLI board, with an AMD 4000+. It works
just fine. I just went with the ATI branded card to save a bit of money, as
most other brands bundle in games, etc. that I don't want. There isn't a
lot of overclocking software yet for the X1800 line, but it's coming.
