WUPDATER.EXE

If I log off, a screen comes up asking If I want to
terminate (WUPDATE.EXE). If I do, it will let me log of.
If I don't, it will lock up the screen. If I'm logged on
to the Internet and I want to switch screens, it will
lock up until I go to the TASK MASTER SCREEN and delete
WUPDATE.EXE. dOES ANYONE ELSE HAVE THIS TYPE OF PROBLEM?
This has started to happen the last few weeks after I
downloaed the last Microsft update.
