wts connection drops

Please help.
I have windows 2000/XP clients running RDP client. I don't know why but
most of users are experiencing connection drops in every 2-3 hours and when
they log on again it creates a brand new session when that happens. I
double checked the Win2k RDP settings but I do not have any restrictions.
What can cause this? My Win2k Terminal server is located at the remote site
and I have T1 connection to the Terminal Server and all of my clients have
Novell client installed on their workstation. Anyone have any idea?

Make sure the users are not in any guests groups- this will cause them to
get a new profile every time they logon.
