[WTD] quick URL launcher

I've been using an old version of URLMenu, but really only for one
function - if I highlight a URL, and then press Ctrl-C two times quickly in
succession, the URL is is copied to the clipboard and LAUNCHED. This is
helpful when I find a URL in a program that does not make it highlighted and
launchable.

Are there any other utilities that will do the same thing?

I wrote an AutoIt script, that works for me but may not work for you.

Note: the URL is launched when you press Ctrl-C two times within one
second, but you need to release the Ctrl key in between (else the 'c'
char is sent to the active window).
