WTD: Program launcher for W95

My favorite W98 program launcher WhizLauncher Mini is appearantly dead on Google,
but in any event it does not work in W95.

Recommendation for a program launcher for W95, the person using it is new to
computers, so it needs to be easy to work with.

Ececutable is preferred.

LaunchMate from http://tdrware.virtualave.net/LaunchMate/ is my choice.
Works on all windows 95 - xp.
