WTD Free guestbook software for my webpage

I'm finishing off the long overdue revamp of my webpage. I'd like to
have a guestbook, but I'd like people to be able to leave comments in
different categories. For example, if they want to comment about my
photos, there should be a category for that. Likewise for my music,
writing, etc.
