We have a WSUS 3 server running to distribute patches and updates to our
workstations. Its been working quite happily until it hit KB941644 which it
has been unable to push out.
It is showing all the relevant machines as needing the update but in the
Installation File Status it displays
"The files for this update have not yet been downloaded. The update can be
approved but will not be available to computers until the download is
complete."
I've tried the Synchronize now option (on the options page). The Last
synchronization result shows "Success" but the patch file status does not
change.
So - I have critical security updates from 8th Jan that I still haven't been
able to apply
I've googled some possible answers but thought I'd see if there was an
'official' MS fix before I try them.
