Well it falls under GPL (GNU General Public Licence).

Support two type of interfaces you can even save sessions (not tried that
yet) and very easy to use.

Dump the 95ver. It works but since the LE is free use the newest WS_FTP LE it works well with my W2K.

Yes, and XP too.
I know there are lots of other supposedly "better" and more modern FTP
clients out there but I like this one a lot.
