wrong server name

When I programmed my computer I put in wrong server name.I don't know how to
change it,and I don't know How I find out the server name.I have windows
vista.I cannot send or recieve e-mails through windows

Who provides your email address?
Check to see if they have an Email Help webpage with the proper server
names.

To change them...
Open Windows Mail
Tools- Accounts - youraccount - Properties - Servers

To find the server names, you need to ask your email provider - who is
probably also your internet provider. Many providers have a web page
giving this information, although finding it is not always easy.
