I created an Access 2000 database on a network drive that
is basically a form and a report. The form has a button
within it that then points to the report. This worked ok
on my PC i.e a go into the form, enter data, click on the
print button that brings up a preview screen of this
report. I then goto file and print on the menu bar and
print off to a networked printer. When i accessed the
database from a different PC everything looked ok, when i
got to the preview screen i selected file and print as
normal and the printer for that PC (LOCAL PRINTER)
appeared but nothing came out on this local printer but
did print out on my network printer. It is as though the
Access database remembers the printer that was used
previously.
Any ideas
