Wrong password.

When I set up my Isp account I got the name right but when asked for the passw3ord I was asked to enter it twice and somehow it ended up doubled and will notthev work when I try to log in to my mail or the internet. How can I delete this wrong password and reenter the correct one. I have tried deleting it and retyping it but the wrong one keeps coming back. I have even tried to delete the whole set up and started over but that same passw3ord keeps coming back. Any suggestions?

XP always displays the same number of characters for a dial-up
password to disguise the actual length. Are you sure that the
password doesn't work?
