Wrong language on the OS

I have a new Computer that has Windows XP home in Hebrew.
I Also purchased at the same time a full copy of Windows
Xp English, Do I have to completly re-install to change
the language or is there a easier way?

Yes, you will have to perform a reinstallation with the English version.
There is no way to manually change the language inside of Windows.
