Wrong email default by DELL tech, and can't correct...help!

Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 "was" my default until 'storm' knocked out
Internet & apparently program. Called Dell, after checking web-based mail on
IP through Internet, then found that Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 'was NOT
working'; was told to put the MOO2007 'disc' in and 'he' (the technician)
would "FIX IT". Now mail going to "Windows Mail" and 'apparently COMES in'
but WON'T go out...get 'extensive error messages' - have NO idea - what he
did or how to correct it! I want my Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 'back up
and running' - I will just 'lose' these emails, if necessary. Dell
'hardware' techs are NO help; should NOT have to 'buy' additional programs to
solve this problem.
 
You allready have another thread in another group, allthough this makes
slightly more sense than your other rant.

Stop using Mail, & or remove the accounts in Mail

I'm sorry to hear about your storm and DELL issues, but your post doesn't
contain any information to help solve you the issue. Your post is confusing
at best. Realize that we are new to your issue and don't know anything about
it yet and we cannot look over your shoulder from here.
So what exactly is "not working" for Outlook 2007?
Why are you starting Windows Mail if you want to use Outlook?
Which "buy extra programs" are you referring to?
