wrong decimals

Trying to input integers like 1 2 3 they are represented by 0.01 0.02 0.03
etc. The cel properties are correct defined (zero decimals). What goes
wrong? I am using Excel 2003 and it used to work correct until a few days
ago. The system is scanned for viruusses (found none). Please help
 
There is a setting in Tools/Options/Edit called Fixed Decimal Places. It
sounds like that was checked.
