Writing to CD

I am attempting to write my writable drive but continue to get a message:
E:\\not accessible incorrect function". I am able to burn music to the drive
and view DVD'S. Please Help.
 
You may want to google on upper filters.
lower filters

Run regedit and delete those filters from SAFE mode

Thirdbase - What program are you using to write your data? An older,
incompatible version of Roxio? See:

"Incorrect Function" Error Message When You Access the CD-ROM Drive,
