Is there a way to disable the feature in Windows XP Home
Edition that puts files you want to save on to a CD-RW
into a temporary "files to be be saved" folder? I would
like the files to just immediately be saved on the CD-RW,
as the other way takes much too long. Our old computer
with Windows 98 was able to do this without the
intermediate step.

Hi, No. If you wish not to copy the files you will need to purchase third
party software, such as Nero to burn CD's.
