Here is what you need to do:
1. Get some existing spyware programs. The best way
is to install them on your computer.
2. Disassemble the code in these programs to learn how
they work.
3. Run them under the kernel-mode debugger to get an
even better view of their operation.

If you're going to ask a question - it helps to add some specifics. But on
this subject, being that Spyware is uncool in every possible way, why don't
you at least not be a bum about it and look on google.

You don't see me posting stuff like "I would like to learn how to build a
crack pipe. I would like to know how to swindle money from senior citizens.
I would like to know how to build a fake Tsunami relief site so I can cash
in on people's sympathy" and waht you're asking for is every bit as
reprehensible.
 
What, you don't think writing spyware is a good idea? Sheesh, wot a buncha
killjoys...

'sides, for all we know the OP made a slight typo and he meant to say he
wanted to write a "spy-aware" program, which would be way cool...
