Writing Excel files from webserver

Hi All,

I'm trying to find the best way to output a xls file from asp.net on a
webserver that does not have excel on it.

CSV files won't cut it, as I need to create a few worksheets too.

I also need to set up references between cells on different sheets.


Any recomendations?
