Hi,
I have created a report that gives a one page summary on employees. There
are a total of 200 records or employees. I want to print this to a pdf file
but want to create a separate pdf per record. I know this probably requires
third party software. Is anyone familiar with how to do this?
Thanks,

Chuck

Geno,
Thanks for your help. I have downloaded this and looked it through. I can
see how to create pdf from a report which is something I have always been
able to do. What I cannot do is to save each record of the report as
separate pdf files. If I have a report which has four pages to it, I want to
save each page separately. Do you know if this tool does this?

Thanks,

Yes it will be you have to run it once for each record that you want
to print as a separate file.

For a page on how to print a report for a single record and how to
generate reports to attach to emails see the Emailing reports as
attachments from Microsoft Access page at
