Write error "wpe7E32.tmp"

Hi, I recently discovered that we are hosting our own website - who knew? I
am trying to grant myself additional permissions as webmaster, tried to do
via administrator but that didn't work so now I'm freezing in the server room
on the main server. When I go into FP under tools I don't see a "Server"
button but instead a "Security" button which is greyed out. When I try to
open a page I get the following write error "wpe7E32.tmp". Can anyone send
me in the right direction? The person who set this up no longer works for
us. Thanks in advance for any feedback.

For starters, open the Web site by specifying it's http:// address, and not a
file location. This should get the "Server" button enabled.
