Write Conflict Error

I'm using Access 2003 and Sql 2000. I have 2 tables emp and work w/SSN as the
key fields. I have created a NewEmp query that link emp and work. I've
created a single NewEmp form from the query.

After I enter data into the form I get the Write Conflict error message. How
can I get around this error?

I had already seen this.

This has something to do with the form. I'm able to enter the data directly
in the query. The error appears with I enter the data using the form.
