How do I get text to wrap round the inside of any shape or text box? I've
been to 'help' and followed the instructions but it didn't work!

You can add text to a text box from the outset; to add text to an AutoShape,
right-click and choose "Add Text." But the included text box will always be
rectangular. If by "wrap round the inside" you are implying anything other
than straightforward left-to-right text that wraps at the right margin, then
you will be disappointed.

Are you asking how to get text into a graphic shape? If so, right-
click after drawing the shape and choose Add Text. The box inside the
shape will still be rectangular (even in a circle). If you're asking
about getting other text to wrap around a shape, that's done with the
Text Wrapping command (on the Picture toolbar or the Format Ribbon in
07) and it includes a Wrap Points option that you can use to build
your own "shape" for the flow.
