Would Palm allow VBA Excel

Hi - Sorry for the former French message
My question is:
Which pocket-PC or Palm would allow VBA Excel programmes to run
(for my engineering calculations) ?
 
To my limited knowledge of PDAs, none. They use "Pocket Excel" or similar, emphasis
Pocket, not Excel.

Hope I'm proven wrong, I will buy myself a PDA if so.
