Would like to know if any users of E Telecom ISP UK are having problems

I had a letter from E Telecom,my Internet service providers in UK in which they tell me that I have until 8.2.04 to log on to a web site as follows:

moveto. evemail.net . They say that I must do this as the present setup provided by E Telecom is closing on the 8.2.0

I have tried,in vain, to log on to this site but no joy, I have also tried to telephone E Telecom but none of the phone lines seem to be working

Are there any other subscribers to E Telecom out there who can help ?
