to have my Contacts from Hotmail in outlook as well all the file which i kept
there,
I opened the hotmail account by outlook, but it didnt transfer all the details

Unless you have a Hotmail Premium account and are using Outlook Live, as far
as I know there is no way to transfer your Hotmail contacts to Outlook.
