When I go to print a form, which has one customers data on it, I would like the print option "print range" to default to "Selected Record(s)" not to "All"
Can this be done?

Don,

First of all, I need to ask you why you are printing a form?
They are not designed for that and are very limited in that
capablity. If you do your printable output, it should be
done using reports, which are much more powerful and
flexible.

You can use the command button wizard to help you program a
command button to open either a report or a form to the
record that you are on. The VBA programming language that
the wizard uses will open up the magic that you can really
do with Access.

This is for a friend who has a air conditioning business. Someone devised this sysem for him.
They use the form for lookups, changes, updates to customer info.
They like to print the customer info and give it to the service reps.
Thats why they do it this way. I guess it was easy.

I am not a .mdb person. Just tring to help him.
When I go to view, design view of a form, the toolbox (under View) is not active in both my Access 2002, and Access 97. In Access help, it says to make sure the 'Control Wizards tool' in the toolbox is active. Well I can not get to the toolbox...
What do I do?????
