Worth upgrading to P4 fsb 400?

Hello,

Is it worth upgrading from a 100fsb 1,8GHz celeron to a P4 2,4 GHz 400fsb
for standard office/internet use and the occasional, not-too-demanding game?
Or is it better to spend more later -much later-, for a brand new m.board,
cpu etc?

Not worth it unless your bored fancy spending some money and have some time
on your hands to perform the upgrade.
