I used to have E2K on W2K with SP3's.
Tonight, 1 hour after the incremental backup, the server
stopped functioning. Tried to restart from the button but
had " ntoskrnl.exe not found " error. Using third party
utility, I accessed the hard drive and found out
that "system32" and " system" folders are missing. Infact
C volume shows the size as what it should be, but only
the folders are not there.
Has anyone came accross this?
What can be the cause?
What should I do to get my server up and running?

Thanks in advance..

Just for everyones information.
NTFS Check corrected everything and system is working
perfectly.
Probably restarting ıthe s erver from the button has
caused the folder permissions to corrupt.
