"Worst Buy" on Norton AV 2003

If you're considering going to Best Buy for your New version of Norton AV 2004,
(or to any other big retailer featuring this promotion) you may want to go
else-
where. Norton features a $30.00 rebate on a price of 69.99, which sounds
like a pretty good deal. But unless you hold up the crowded line to read the
rebate form you may be in for a sucker punch. The rebate only applies, as
you find out on the form, IF you can prove that you purchased a previous
version
of certain other software. B ware.
 
Yep. I fell for that on Norton System Works. I couldn't prove that I had
purchased previous Norton AV although I actually had done so. Therefore, no
rebate. The best price outside of eBay for Norton is Amazon. Very
inexpensive!
