worm?

I have McAfee Virus Protection. Do I still need to
downlaod the patch or should I just update my virus
protection to protect my computer from the worm.

Be very careful. I did a virus disinfect on the MSBlast
virus before I did a patch update and now my home PC is
a mess with firewalls, secure sites (like my bank
account), etc. I am so frustrated. MS website now
says "It is imperative that you do the patch update first
before disinfecting". WIsh I knew that this morning. Jim
